the perfect gift

the world,
freely given,
recieved
unaware.

a moment common
but impossible
can you do this?
I wonder in reflection
to a billion plus
people,
we don't realise
how perfect that moment is

how incredible your grace
your forgiveness
your sacrifice

we just receive
and believe
and thats okay with you?

when we give,
we expect acknowledgement
but you require none
for your gift.

a gift so perfect
it's infinite.
so infinite it's simple
so simple it's humble.

how can we partake
of such greatness
with such unawareness?
